Covid-19 has turned our workplaces, as we know them, upside down, but the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) is holding a virtual event that will help your organisation to respond to the challenges and to plan for the future. 

Taking place over two half day sessions, on 12 and 13 August, our HR and People Conference will focus on our changing workplaces and how you can guide your staff through them. 

We can’t promise you won’t hear the phrase 'the new normal', but we can promise to provide you with an event that will help to build your skills and enhance your professional development.

We’ve gathered speakers who are experts in their fields and are passionate about what they do. They will be exploring how you can recruit remotely, nurture culture and build thriving organisations, and inspire teams through open thinking and creativity. There will also be a session that looks at employment law and frequently asked HR questions that related to Covid-19.
