The course covers some of the significant caselaw that is relevant to PIP.
The course covers:
• A reminder of PIP entitlement conditions and claims process
• A discussion of PIP assessment criteria and problem areas such as ‘reliability’ and fluctuating conditions
• Gathering further evidence in PIP cases
• Preparing your case for appeal hearings
It is suitable for advisers with a working knowledge of PIP entitlement conditions. Some prior knowledge of appeals processes is useful.
