Success in developing a new social enterprise requires an effective and confident leader.

This 10-day leadership programme will enourage those at the start-up stage (ie. in operation for approx 12-18 months and recently started trading or close to trading) to work together and learn from each other as you progress through different leadership topics. This can be a very powerful and transformational experience.

During this programme you will:
-Make the connection between leadership theory and the role of a leader
-Use tools and techniques to reflect on your role, your key strengths and the challenges you face as a leader
-Develop your understanding of leadership topics including motivation, setting and communicating direction and emotional intelligence
-Engage with inspiring guest inputs from leaders in different sectors
-Use action learning to explore the real issues you face in a safe environment
-Have the opportunity to gain a university-level ILM qualification
