From 09:30 on 9th March 2020
to 16:00 on 12th May 2020

Carrochan Road, Balloch G83 8EG

Cost: £0 - £300 *

Delivered over 6 days at the National Park Authority's HQ in Balloch, the programme splits into three two-day sessions spread over March to May, giving you time to apply your learning in the workplace as the programme progresses.

Module 1 - 9 and 10 March 2020,
Module 2 - 13 and 14 April 2020,
Module 3 - 11 and 12 May 2020

Each module will begin with a reflection on what you have tried and how you might like to develop your thinking and actions still further.
The programme will explore a number of question including:
What is good leadership and what is the relationship between leadership and management?
What does it take to create a motivating work environment?
How will a better understanding of team dynamics help me to support others in their roles?
How good am I at having those "courageous conversations"?
How might a "growth mindset" help me and my organisation get to where we want to be?
What are the next steps on my leadership journey?

*If you are employed by a third sector organisation, there is a programme fee of £300 (a subsidised rate).
*If you are working on a voluntary basis, the programme is fully funded and there is no fee.
