A seminar exploring and debating the evidence base and discussing how to make opportunities inclusive.

This event is part of Edinburgh Yoga Festival 13th to 19th February, bringing yoga for good: all classes raise funds for bringing yoga to disadvantaged communities through Edinburgh Yoga Community Outreach and Comas.
The festival is a great way to try yoga - classes for all ages, stages and abilities.
