Effective leadership is central to the growth and sustainability of organisations working for social change. This 6 day leadership programme will allow you to invest time in developing your leadership skills, enabling you to make an even greater impact in your organisation. It will give you the support and space to reflect and take action on how you prepare for the opportunities and challenges that leading in the current climate present.

During this programme you will:
- Gain greater confidence and clarity to step up as a leader
- Enhance your skills to motivate, engage and lead others
- Learn from your peers and build a community of aspiring leaders in the sector
- Gain an internationally recognised qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management

Who is this programme for?
This leadership programme is aimed at current or aspiring leaders within established third sector organisations who would like to develop their skills as an effective, progressive, and self-aware leader. It is specifically aimed at people with or working towards having line management responsibility.

Programme Fee:
Through the support of Just Enterprise, we are able to offer this programme at a highly subsidised fee of £300 (£50 per day).

This programme leads to a qualification by the City and Guilds Group through the ILM, entitled Award in Leadership (SCQF Level 9/ILM Level 5).
