What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Strong coffee and an interesting, if rather long, to-do list

What turns you into the office Victor Meldrew?

My colleagues would be better placed to answer that. Although I am told that I have a number of tell’s such as packing my pencil case and closing my jotter when I have clearly reached the end of my tether.

When was the last time you socialised with colleagues?

Should have been last night but I missed out for a very good reason - staying on at an Independent Care Review 1000 Voices session completely captivated by the views of the care experienced young people.

Is the third sector a calling or an accident?

A calling.

Does Corra rhyme with Nora or Laura?

I’d say Nora but others might say Laura. Both are good.

What’s the best thing about your job?

The fabulous talented, smart, funny, challenging, committed team(s).

Would your 16-year-old self be proud of where you are today?

Yes. She would not imagine that this distance could be travelled (although it has taken almost 34 years!)

Is grant making ever sustainable?

Should it have to be?

What’s the worst job you’ve ever done?

Possibly a very short stint on an ice cream van. I was in debt at the end of each shift.

Is this a rung on the ladder to success or your final destination?

I don’t think like that.

Who is your role model?

There are LOADS for many different reasons, each encapsulates characteristics that I admire.

What is the ideal Corra Foundation project?

Something that has our mission at its heart.

What is your favourite film?

Depends very much on my frame of mind.

If you were your boss would you like you?

I think so (is that an awfully smug thing to say?)

Which Brian Cox?
Like Nora or Laura - either.
