Love it or hate it there is no escaping that today is Children in Need.

Tonight BBC 1 will be given over to six and a half hours of coverage and #ChildrenInNeed and #CIN2014 are already trending on Twitter.

Communities up and down the country will be sitting in baths of beans doing their bit to raise money for disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

And they will be joined on the show by celebrities who are taking over Eastenders’ Albert Square for one night only.

Top billing in the Queen Victoria pub will be One Direction, and Harry Styles has been getting in the mood for his performance already by posting a picture of himself and Pudsey Bear on Instagram (above) with nearly 900,000 people liking it.

Third Force News is embracing the craze as well this year and will be featuring as many of your fundraising efforts online and in print.

So if you are doing a sponsored silence, having a bake sale or doing any other fundraising for Children in Need be sure to let us know and we will feature your charity’s photographs.
