The countdown is now well and truly underway to the 23 June referendum which will determine whether the UK stays in or out of the European Union.

There are many factors which will determine how people vote. In the third sector, it has been estimated – by pro-European campaigners, admittedly – that charities could lose more than £200 million across the UK and £20m in Scotland.

Registered charities are regulated by OSCR and must submit annual accounts . The EU auditors have refused to sign off the accounts for some 17 years reflecting the fraud and waste within this organisation If subject to OSCR it would have been disbanded years ago
