The issue of drug consumption facilities was top of the agenda at two drugs summits in Glasgow last week. 

Despite experts in Scotland calling for the creation of safe facilities for addicts to inject, Westminster doubled down on its stance that it will not allow such facilities. This has prompted calls for a mobile facility to be created, even if this means ignoring existing drug laws. 

So this week, TFN is asking: Should Scotland push ahead with plans for drug consumption rooms without Westminster's backing?
