Calls have been made for all workers in Scotland to be paid the living wage.

Around 400,000 are not being paid the £7.85 an hour rate, a figure highlighted by campaigners last week.

They said most of those not earning the living wage work in retail, catering and the care sector.

It is believed many charity workers don't earn the living wage either.

Do you think charity workers should be paid the living wage? Take part in our poll and let us know.
