Ingeus Scotland has over 10 years’ experience of delivering people-centred employability, skills, training and health-related services across Scotland. With access to a wide range of employment opportunities we work with our current public sector, third sector and health partners to provide individuals with the choice and support to realise their potential.

In order to deliver the Scottish Government’s vision for Fair Start Scotland Employability Support Services we want to work with new and existing partners from the public, third and private sectors who share our values and commitment to deliver person-centred services that will significantly benefit individuals, their families and wider local community.

Fair Start Scotland is a voluntary programme commencing in April 2018 for people with a disability and those with health conditions or impairments that present barriers to employment. The service will also support long-term unemployed customers with convictions, care leavers, lone parents, refugees, those from ethnic minorities and resident in the 15% most deprived Scottish areas. Key to the success of Fair Start Scotland is delivering the programme with dignity and respect and with customer choice central to delivery.

We are interested in hearing from all organisations and in particular community groups with a track record of supporting customers with multiple and complex barriers in employability, skills, health, disability and community support related services. We are particularly keen to work with specialist organisations that support customers with multiple and complex needs.

We are aware that many organisations may require you to complete lengthy forms which is very time-consuming. We have therefore designed a short online survey as a first step that should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. We have a deadline to meet of agreeing community delivery partners by the end of April, so the earlier you can make contact with us the better.

For an informal discussion please contact John Campbell on 07880199483 or email John Campbell
