Edinburgh playgroup launch this year's Social in the Gardens

Edinburgh Social Enterprise Network’s famous mascot, Doogie Goodstuff gets stuck in with Dads Rock Academy as they get ready for the biggest social enterprise event of the year - Social in the Gardens, the free social enterprise festival on 2/3 August at the iconic Ross Bandstand, Edinburgh.

The Dads Rock Academy is Edinburgh’s only social enterprise offering low cost music lessons for children aged 7-16 and their mums, dads and grandparents.

Doogie was on hand to help the Dads Rock band at The Music Box at Edinburgh College’s Sighthill campus, trying his hand at a drum solo and also get a guitar lesson from one of the younger players.

Pictured clockwise from top left are: Dougie Goodstuff, Jamie Solway, Ryan Cairney, Grant Dickson, Daniel Middleton, Nathan Solway, Robert Solway and David Marshall (director and co-founder of Dads Rock Academy).
