The Scottish comedian has made a video telling his fans to 'get a kilt and cut aboot' for the Kiltwalk charity

One of Scotland's most loved comedians has filmed a video message to his fans urging them to take part in this year's Kiltwalk.

In his very own direct style, Bridges, from Glasgow, tells people to 'get a kilt and cut aboot' and raise money at the charity's Glasgow event on April 24.

Filmed on his mobile phone, the video has already been widely shared on social media and will no doubt increase the number of walkers signing up to take part.
