Love or loathe working in the third sector? SCVO wants to hear your views about your job.

The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations(SCVO) is gathering views on what it's like to work in Scotland's third sector.

The State of the Sector survey asks people about pay, hours, working conditions and whether they are like their job or not.

It aims to build a picture of what it's like to work for a charity or voluntary organsiation in 2015.

The survey will be open for two weeks and SCVO wants to hear from a range of staff from front-line social care workers to chief executives.

The results will be published in TFN's Gathering special edition, which will be available at the Gathering, Scotland's free third sector conference, on 25 and 26 February 2015 at the SECC in Glasgow.

Completing the survey will take no more than 10 minutes.
