Organisations in Edinburgh are being encourage to take part in itison us - which offers staff, volunteers and service users special experiences

Charities in Edinburgh are being sought to give the people they help access to special experiences.

Daily deals service and online marketing company itison is looking for organisations in the capital to take part in its itison us initiative.

The project matchmakes local charities with businesses on itison to give the charities great experiences: a night away; dinners; family days out. Charities can then use these vouchers to provide respite for the people they support, the volunteers giving their time to the charity or to fundraise.

itison us supports charities that are doing great work locally. With 1.5 million itison members across the UK, itison us will not only be donating vouchers, but also putting the spotlight on these small, local charities and raising awareness of the work they do.

Thousands of free experiences have been donated to organisations in several UK cities since the initiative launched last year.

itison absorbs all admin costs and labour, making it simple for businesses and charities to get involved.

If you know of an organisation that could benefit from taking part in the scheme, visit the itison us website.
