Poll: Do we need social media watchdog to protect kids?

The NSPCC is at the end of its tether with Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat and says we need a regulator to stop them publishing content encouraging self harm, violence or suicide. The charity says the industry is failing to regulate itself and leaving youngsters vulnerable to sexual grooming and dangerous and disturbing content. Do you agree? Where is parental responsibility in all of this? If a parent does not have the skills to block what their child is viewing, there is help out there to make sure controls are put on phones/tablets/PCs etc. Parents have to eduicate thier children on what they should/not be watching/friending/linking in to.
