Keep Scotland Beautiful has claimed that dropping litter should be as socially unacceptable as drink driving.

What do you think? Is the claim too strong, or is the country's litter problem so bad that Keep Scotland Beautiful called it correctly?

Absolutely , my city has a terrible litter problem ! I did my dissertation on litter and found a lot of interesting results ... Local authorities need to pull their socks up too though with regards to refuse collections and bin sizes etc
